Concierge
Our friendly and helpful Concierge team are here to make your shopping experience at The Friary Centre a real pleasure. Concierge can help you locate your favourite stores and also offer a range of useful services. Concierge is located on level 1 next to Sabichi.
Kiddy Cars
Take advantage of our Kiddy Car Service available from Concierge on level 1. Hiring a Kiddy car makes shopping fun and easy for those with little ones and can be hired free of charge. We have both single and double cars available for hire and terms and conditions apply.
Playworld
Playworld is a children’s soft play area located on level 2 outside Primark. Playworld is a kids’ activity area designed to let the little ones blow off steam so you can make the most of your day shopping at the Friary Centre! Please note that all children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Parent & Child Facilities
Our Parent and Baby Rooms are located on level 1 and in the Food Court and offer private cubicles for feeding. We also have microwave and bottle warmer facilities available to make feeding your little ones convenient and stress-free.
Shopmobility
Shopmobility makes shopping more accessible when you need a bit of help. Wheelchairs and scooters are available for hire from the Shopmobility store on level 3 of the Bedford Road car park.
